The SHAPE Career Accelerator™ is designed to be completed in as little as 90 days, with the flexibility for participants to engage for up to six or nine months to accommodate individual schedules and learning paces.

Yes, individuals can sponsor their spouse or daughter to participate in the program, providing them with an opportunity to advance their careers through the SHAPE Career Accelerator™.

Yes, the program is designed for women at various career stages—from mid-level professionals to those in senior and executive roles, including entrepreneurs. Cohorts are organized to group participants at similar stages.

The program fee ranges from $3,000 to $10,000, depending on the delivery format (e.g., group or individual), timeframe (e.g., 3 months through 9 months), and additional services you select (e.g., coaching, retreat, in-person).
