Program Format and Duration

The SHAPE Career Accelerator™ is delivered virtually through live, interactive sessions, typically conducted via Zoom. Designed to fit into busy professional schedules, the program can be completed in as little as 90 days, with participants having the flexibility to engage for up to six months.
